We accept orders for delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

By placing an order you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, are at least 18 years old, and are resident in the UK.

Your order is an offer to buy from us. An order acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance. The contract between us is formed only when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation confirming the goods have been dispatched.

If you are a consumer, you may cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery and return the goods, unused and in re-sellable condition, at your own cost, for a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

We will dispatch your order by the date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation, or if no date is specified, within a reasonable period, except in exceptional circumstances.

The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you only once we have received payment in full of all sums due.

Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise; VAT is added at checkout. Prices may change from time to time but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed. Payment is taken by accepted card methods, or on account where credit terms have been agreed.

We warrant that goods supplied will, on delivery, conform to their description and be of satisfactory quality. Manufacturer warranties apply where stated.

Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit, business or data). Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control (a "Force Majeure Event"), including strikes, supply failures, fire, flood, severe weather, or government action.

You accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by email or provide information by posting notices on this website.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under a contract to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights under these terms. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those in force at the time you place it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
